If it is a straightforward project, we can typically provide you with an estimate as soon as possible (within one business day). From there, all that’s left to do is for us to receive your audio or video and complete billing information.
For larger projects and accounts, we usually start with a discovery call followed by our short exploration phase, where together, we will define this project’s scope. We’ll then proceed to share our cost estimate while preparing papers, along with kickoff calls scheduled before work begins.
How much do you charge?
For projects or one-time transcription, rates range from $2.49 and up depending on the level of quality assurance requested and the number of speakers. Volume discounts may apply if you’re planning an extended project.
Certified legal account customers can rest assured knowing they are getting quality service in terms of both transcripts and security at $30 per person-hour and $300-$350 per audio hour.
Medical accounts get customized plans tailored to their needs. We offer several dynamic billing options to fit your budget, including fixed project fees.
